ARE THERE BATHROBES AND SLIPPERS?
In every room there are one bathrobe and one pair of flip-flops per each adult guest. Unfortunately we do not have bathrobes and flip-flops in child’s size.
IN WHAT TIME IS THE RECEPTION OPEN?
The reception is open from 8:00 to 23:00. In case your arrival is after 20:00, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
FROM WHAT TIME IS TI POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN?
On you arrival day, the room will be available starting from 15:00. In case you arrive earlier, you can leave your car in our the free parking waiting for the room to be ready.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO CHECK-OUT?
On your departure day, the room must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. It is possible, Il giorno della partenza la camera va liberata entro le 10:30. Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee. If your departure is scheduled overnight, it is possible to settle the bill the night before.
DO YOU HAVE BICYCLE?
The hotel provides city bikes for adults and children for free use. We also have mountain bikes (muscle) or e-bikes (electric) available for a fee
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE HALF BOARD?
The hotel does not have a restaurant so it is not possible to have half board. At the front desk, you can ask for recommendations regarding restaurants located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
AT WHAT TIME IS IT BREAKFAST SERVED?
Our rich breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am in the breakfast room on the ground floor.
DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS?
Our breakfast buffet also features gluten-free products.
WHEN I CAN ACCESS THE GYM?
The gym is open daily from 7:45 am to 9:00 pm. Upon request and for a fee, it is, in addition, possible to take classes with our private instructor.
DO YOU HAVE CRIBS AVAILABLE?
Yes, for children up to 2 years old you can add a crib complete with sheets, pillow and comforter cover at a cost of €5 per day. The availability of cribs is limited so we recommend that you request it at the time of booking.
DO YOU HAVE WI-FI CONNECTION?
Yes, the hotel is covered by Wi-Fi available in every area. Simply connect by entering the password that is communicated upon check-in.
DO YOU ARRANGE TRANSFER FROM/TO THE AIRPORTS?

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE SKI SLOPES?
The hotel is 150m from the lifts (Valandrea 29 and Cassana 30) that connect to the Carosello 3000 slope. For the Mottolino slope, you can use the free bus service. The stop is in front of the hotel and in 10 to 15 minutes you will be at your destination.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING PETS?
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. We ask that you do not bring them into the breakfast room, SPA area, gym, or leave them unattended inside the rooms.
DO YOU HAVE A PARKING?
The hotel has free outdoor parking available for all guests.
DO YOU HAVE A GARAGE?
The garage is available upon reservation at a cost of €7 per night.
CAN I RECHARGE MY ELECTRIC CAR?
The hotel provides guests with 2 charging stations for electric cars inside the garage with three-phase cable or cable with Italian power outlet owned by the guest. The cost of the garage and charging is 10€.
WHAT’S THE POOL TEMPERATURE?
Our pool has a temperature of about 31° ai 33°, based on the outside temperature.
IS THE POOL ALSO ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN?
Yes, the swimming pool is also accessible to children accompanied by an adult. In contrast, the SPA area with bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room and relaxation area is reserved for those over 16 years old.

The bus stop is in front of the hotel on the opposite side of the street. The stop is “Museo MUS!”.

Yes, all televisions in the hotel have SKY channels (limited) and are all SMART TVs, so you can log in with your personal Netflix/PrimeVideo/Disney+ accounts...to enjoy your favorite series.
IS THERE A FRIGOBAR IN THE ROOMS?
Yes, there is a mini-bar in all rooms. Drinks and snacks in it are charged for.
THE ROOM HAS A BALCONY?
Yes, all the rooms in our hotel have balconies.
IS THERE A HAIR DRYER IN THE BATHROOM?
Yes, all bathrooms have a hair dryer with excellent drying power.

No, our hotel can be reached by car. The restrictive traffic zone is located 200m away.
DO YOU HAVE A SKI STORAGE ROOM?
Yes, the hotel provides ski storage with heated lockers for drying boots. Each room has a private locker where you can store your equipment. The key can be picked up at the front desk
DO YOU HAVE BICYCLE STORAGE?
Yes, the hotel has a bicycle storage room, accessible from the garage, enclosed and under video surveillance where you can store your bicycles. Private lockers are also available upon request
