Situated among the glaciers of the Bernina and the Ortles-Cevedale group, Livigno was the venue of the 2005 MTB World Championships. With more than 600 km of trails, it is unquestionably one of the best places in the Alps for mountain biking or for braving the mythical Alpine passes by road (Stelvio, Gavia, Bernina…).
